Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy web application solutions.
- Work with product managers, architects, software engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to plan and deliver applications.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, sprint demos, and release activities.
- Choose and prioritize user stories within sprint cycles and communicate coding priorities.
- Lead, guide, mentor, and support engineering team members, including junior developers.
- Review team work, identify potential issues, and help deliver polished products.
- Assign user stories based on priorities and developers' technical interests.
- Present work to stakeholders and communicate initiatives and milestone achievements to senior leaders and peers.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in relevant skills gained in the same or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in C#, .NET, and SQL Server development.
- Firm grasp of React.
- Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with front-end, scripting, and back-end technologies.
- Ability to lead teams, mentor developers, communicate with stakeholders, and work in an Agile environment.
