Responsibilities
- Develop ERP system test plans and solutions, organize and review test requirements, and design, write, and execute test cases.
- Perform functional, interface/API, stability, performance, security, compatibility, regression, and automated testing.
- Maintain and optimize automated testing tools, scripts, frameworks, and test data to improve stability, reusability, and efficiency.
- Use Robot Framework, Appium, Playwright, Postman, and JMeter for automated, interface, and performance testing.
- Analyze, report, track, and isolate defects and root causes to support timely resolution.
- Summarize test results and provide data to support product release decisions and AI model validation.
- Collaborate in medium- and large-scale software projects and Agile development environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in software testing or automated test scripting.
- Knowledge of software testing methods, tools, processes, and test case design.
- Proficiency with interface testing and automation tools or frameworks such as Robot Framework, Appium, Postman, JMeter, and Playwright.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Basic database knowledge and experience with API, performance, security, compatibility, and regression testing.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, teamwork, and independent-working skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Experience with CI/CD and manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, or data analytics systems is preferred.
