Responsibilities
- Own the long-term roadmap for the community tech stack.
- Act as the primary architect for the community CRM, ensuring data integrity and driving adoption.
- Lead the selection and rollout of new tools, designing end-to-end workflows.
- Partner with the Community team to define metrics for community health and growth.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to ensure community tools meet security standards.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years in Technical Program Management, Systems Architecture, or Community Operations.
- Expert-level knowledge of CRM architecture, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data tools like Tableau or SQL.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical requirements.
