Base Salary

$142k - $213k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead application systems analysis and programming activities for new and revised application systems.
  • Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
  • Resolve high-impact projects through analysis of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Design applications aligned with the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
  • Analyze issues and develop innovative solutions using advanced application programming and system-flow knowledge.
  • Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
  • Assess and manage business, technology, compliance, and operational risks.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of UI development experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Angular.
  • Deep understanding of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS3.
  • Extensive knowledge of core JavaScript concepts and design patterns.
  • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG accessibility practices.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with KendoUI, AG Grid, or similar table libraries is preferred.
  • Experience with Jest, Karma, Cypress, or similar UI testing frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience with NgRx, RxJS, or similar state management libraries is preferred.
  • Experience with UX design, Node.js, Java, or open-source contributions is preferred.
