Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable software components and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams on architecture, technical decisions, project goals, and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems for performance and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Trading Services Front Office.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Trading Services Front Office.
- Experience with software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to trading services.
- Shell Scripting experience is preferred.
