Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product managers to understand design and customer requirements.
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into test scenarios and cases.
Automate test cases using various tools.
Ensure overall product health and operational quality.
Understand data transformation and integration issues to create test scenarios.
Maintain the automation framework and ensure it uses best practices.
Conduct internal product demos and assist stakeholders.
Ensure the product meets quality goals.
Draft test strategies and perform both manual and automated testing.
Propose best practices and standards.

8-11 years of experience in Automation/Quality Automation, preferably in fraud or risk domains.
Strong experience in testing and automation of services built on AWS.
Good exposure to testing in the AWS ecosystem using API mock-ups and JMeter.
Experience with automation frameworks using Java or Python.
Hands-on knowledge of automation tools involving Cucumber.
Working knowledge of Jira/X-Ray and Splunk for reporting.
Experience in creating test strategies, scenarios, and execution.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A team player with a strong work ethic and creativity.
Exposure to Finance/Fraud/Anti Money Laundering (AML) is a plus.
Experience with Agile Development methodologies is a nice to have.
Experience with cloud-based delivery, SaaS, CI/CD, and DevOps is a nice to have.
