Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical counterpart to AWS field leadership, including Solutions Architects, Specialists, and Partner teams.
- Influence joint account strategy, technical direction, engagement models, prioritization frameworks, and best practices.
- Lead technical strategy for complex enterprise opportunities from ideation through architecture, prototyping, and production deployment.
- Design end-to-end AI architectures leveraging OpenAI and AWS services and build or guide prototypes, proofs of concept, and reference implementations.
- Establish repeatable, extensible, secure, and production-ready Generative AI solution patterns.
- Enable AWS, systems integrators, and other partners through workshops, playbooks, reference architectures, demos, and reusable assets.
- Mentor partner technical teams and help them become self-sufficient in delivering deployments.
- Collaborate with Alliances, Product, Engineering, GTM, and Enablement teams and provide product roadmap feedback.
- Contribute to internal knowledge systems, standards, patterns, and playbooks for the AI Deployment Engineering function.
Requirements
- 8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations.
- Ability to lead technical strategy for ambiguous, high-stakes enterprise engagements.
- Deep technical expertise combined with strategic influence, strong judgment, and systems thinking.
- Ability to balance hands-on building with enabling partners and teams to execute independently.
- Experience designing repeatable, scalable, secure, and production-ready Generative AI systems.
- Ability to build trust with engineers, architects, executives, customers, and partners.
- Comfort owning ambiguous, high-visibility problem spaces and driving customer and partner success at scale.
