Base Salary
$115k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise customers, prospects, and internal teams on best-practice use of LogicMonitor products based on customer environments and goals.
- Provide technical enablement and help customers understand and apply new features and products.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams on tooling and frameworks for common customer problems.
- Translate internal, customer, and prospect requests into actionable information and business outcomes for Product and Engineering prioritization.
- Develop an engaging technical training curriculum with the training team.
- Deliver onsite training and evangelism as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar technical role.
- Significant experience in IT infrastructure and/or software development, especially compute, storage, databases, networking, application services, big data, or distributed computing.
- Experience with virtualization or cloud-native architectures, containerization, observability, and DevOps.
- Understanding of systems, information, and data flows in enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering API-based solutions.
- Superior English oral and written communication and strong technical writing skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting instincts and willingness to work with unfamiliar tools.
- Significant Linux and/or Windows/network administration and operations experience, including the listed virtualization, storage, load balancing, monitoring, web server, directory, database, and scripting technologies.
- Experience working effectively as part of a distributed team.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite training and evangelism.
