Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale Windchill migration and transformation programs.
- Use the Windchill+ Bulk Data Migration Tool, loaders, and APIs to execute large-scale migrations.
- Manage pre-load validation, load execution, post-load verification, and migration error resolution.
- Optimize migration performance and coordinate with SaaS tenants regarding Windchill+ constraints and update schedules.
- Perform technical leadership, estimation, planning, stakeholder management, mentoring, design reviews, code reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Require 10+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 6+ years of hands-on PTC Windchill PLM experience.
- Require strong experience leading enterprise-scale Windchill migration and transformation programs.
- Require deep knowledge of the Windchill data model, WTPart, EPMDocument, product structure/BOM, change management, lifecycle management, workflows, and classification.
- Require hands-on experience with Windchill APIs, Windchill REST Services, Info*Engine, and customization development.
- Require strong Java/J2EE development and scripting skills for migration automation.
- Require experience with Oracle and/or MS SQL databases, including data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Require expertise processing and transforming XML, CSV, and JSON data.
- Require experience with ETL tools, migration frameworks, and data quality management practices.
- Prefer knowledge of ERP integrations, especially SAP, and CAD integrations including Creo.
- Require strong stakeholder management, estimation, planning, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Require experience conducting design reviews, code reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Prefer exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and large-scale global implementation programs.
