Software Engineer (AI Agent)

- Build and deploy AI-powered applications and AI agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, tool or function calling, and RAG.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and web applications supporting AI solutions.
- Integrate AI applications with enterprise platforms and business systems.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools in daily development.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, testing, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Around 3 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java and working knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications or AI agents, including LLM integration, prompt engineering, function or tool calling, or RAG.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Understanding of microservice architecture and backend frameworks such as Spring Boot or Spring Cloud.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, learning agility, teamwork, and written and spoken English skills.
