Responsibilities
- Own the full feature lifecycle from technical design and development through deployment, production support, and maintenance.
- Contribute daily production code using AI-assisted engineering tools and collaborate with Product Management and Development on technical solutions.
- Analyze complex problems rapidly and develop robust, scalable solutions for high-volume enterprise SaaS applications.
- Define, promote, and mentor teams on engineering best practices, coding standards, and AI-assisted engineering approaches.
- Perform comprehensive code reviews for engineers at all experience levels.
- Provide structured mentorship to develop engineering talent and improve team performance.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience, including required production-level Python development.
- Extensive experience developing high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
- A proven track record architecting and building high-volume products at scale.
- Hands-on experience with current open-source tools and technologies, including Python, Git, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and elevate team performance.
- Strong adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, along with high integrity and work ethic.
