Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and development of production AI agents for Sierra’s customers.
- Ship features for customer-facing AI agent products.
- Learn from and address real-world AI agent use cases at scale.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
- A builder and tinkerer mindset with the initiative to overcome obstacles and ship.
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 to qualify for the intern program.
