Base Salary
$150k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications for project management, commissioning workflows, and data capture.
- Build web and mobile tools for field teams to upload videos, images, structured forms, IoT readings, and issue documentation.
- Develop high-performance user interfaces that handle complex data streams and large-scale datasets.
- Build backend services and APIs supporting rapid data ingestion, processing, and review at enterprise scale.
- Design and implement user-facing product features while optimizing applications for speed and scale.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Contribute to technical planning, feature roadmaps, and long-term architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with backend, computer vision/machine learning, product, design, and 3D visualization teams.
- Champion usability, field readiness, simplicity, performance, and resilience in construction environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience building and shipping full-stack web and mobile applications.
- Expertise with modern full-stack frameworks such as Nuxt.js or Next.js.
- Strong engineering experience with TypeScript, Python or Java, and APIs.
- Experience developing applications that handle large-scale multimodal datasets or IoT data inputs.
- Strong familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerized infrastructure.
- Experience designing domain-driven data models and working with OLTP/OLAP systems.
- Preferred experience with Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Preferred experience with offline-capable architectures and mobile-first data collection tools.
- Preferred experience with 3D visualization using three.js, geospatial data, or computer-vision-powered experiences.
- Exposure to ML/AI-driven feature development and automated testing, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
