Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical design of products with architecture and production teams.
- Research and propose technical solutions aligned with functional needs.
- Develop new backend features in Java and Spring.
- Perform unit and integration testing.
- Prepare and support production deployments with DevOps and CAGIP teams.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and related documentation.
- Provide corrective maintenance and application-level support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical production incidents.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Solid experience in backend Java development.
- Experience working in Agile and application production environments.
- Strong knowledge of Java, REST APIs, and the Spring framework.
- Practical experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of monitoring and log analysis tools, particularly ELK.
- Good communication, collaboration, teaching, rigor, curiosity, autonomy, and continuous-improvement skills.
