Responsibilities

  • Support and learn cyber security and systems administration activities for an active program.
  • Apply basic knowledge of servers and networking technologies.
  • Work part-time, up to 20 hours per week, during the fall 2026 semester.
  • Pursue or be willing to obtain a Security+ certification.

Requirements

  • Be enrolled full-time in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program and remain enrolled full-time in Spring 2027.
  • Major in Computer Science, Cyber Security, IT/Systems Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • Be available for part-time work during fall 2026.
  • Be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and program special access.
  • Have basic education or knowledge of servers and networking technologies.
  • Preferred: cumulative GPA of at least 3.00/4.0.
  • Preferred: existing Security+ certification.
