Base Salary
$87k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
- Integrate videos, graphics, and images into web experiences.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and cross-functional teams on content-driven features and improvements.
- Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, user experience, devices, and browsers.
- Manage and organize CMS content for accuracy and consistency.
- Edit and proofread content before publication.
- Support content distribution across digital channels, including social media.
- Track web performance metrics and user behavior.
- Contribute ideas for content strategy and site enhancements.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is required.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, front-end development, UI/UX principles, multimedia integration, and content workflows is required.
- Experience working with SharePoint is required.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms and web software such as AFPIMS, WordPress, or Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, research, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment is required.
- Copywriting, graphic design, programming, content strategy, digital marketing, or government-client experience is desired.
