Responsibilities

Contribute to front-end architecture and technical direction across large-scale projects.
Design and develop high-performance, secure, and scalable web applications.
Serve as a technical point of reference for React and front-end technologies.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional development teams.
Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and support less experienced team members.
Promote coding standards, clean code, testing strategies, and consistent engineering practices.
Identify technical risks and challenges and contribute to mitigation strategies.
Own project milestone delivery while maintaining quality, performance, and reliability.
Evaluate emerging front-end technologies and contribute to technical decision-making.

4+ years of professional front-end development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with React.js.
Strong command of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Understanding of front-end architecture, state management, component design, and performance optimization.
Understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns.
Experience with Git, testing, CI/CD, and modern front-end build and development tools.
Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to own technical solutions, contribute to engineering decisions, and support less experienced team members.
