Responsibilities
- Provide the platform for mission-critical ad-tech systems to maintain constant uptime and scale seamlessly.
- Partner with developers and architects to design and implement improvements to system stability, security, and scalability.
- Support operations through monitoring, alerting, observability, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Build tools and services that automate platform operations, reduce toil, improve cost efficiency, and reduce friction in software delivery.
- Manage and troubleshoot distributed systems and infrastructure at scale, including Kubernetes clusters in production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting internet-facing production systems and distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Strong programming skills in at least one of Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven expertise with AWS-managed infrastructure and hands-on experience with Linux systems and their internals.
- Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.
- Strong foundation in SRE concepts, including monitoring, alerting, observability, incident response, root cause analysis, error budgets, and SLAs/SLOs.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with AI/LLM-powered tooling, Kubernetes at scale, distributed systems under load, large-scale infrastructure, AWS services or certifications, and cross-functional engineering collaboration.
