Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain secure business applications and integration solutions.
- Integrate applications with databases, Web APIs, third-party services, and gateway tools.
- Design Power Platform applications, workflows, reporting solutions, environment controls, connectors, releases, and data-residency solutions.
- Manage Power Platform roles and permissions in accordance with IAM, governance, and DLP policies and controls.
- Develop Power Automate workflows, business rules, Dataverse data models, Power BI dashboards, and user-friendly Power Applications interfaces.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, including structures, permissions, libraries, and pages.
- Optimize application performance and scalability and ensure code quality through development best practices.
- Document application architecture, code, processes, and technical solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management into CI/CD and automated verification where possible.
- Lead technical discussions with leadership and project teams and collaborate with architects, risk partners, data owners, quality assurance, operations, and infrastructure engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical or scientific field.
- At least five years of hands-on software development experience with services and integration technologies.
- Proficiency in application programming languages, frameworks, database management, and security principles.
- Experience designing and building Microsoft Power Platform applications, workflows, reporting solutions, integrations, and environment controls.
- Knowledge of IAM, governance, DLP security policies and controls, Web APIs, SQL, gateway tools, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Security certifications or secure software experience, such as Cybersecurity, SANS, or ISC2 credentials.
- Knowledge of AI-driven features for agents, bots, and data integration is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, risk-management, decision-making, process-management, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
