Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, troubleshoot, document, and optimize secure business applications.
- Develop Microsoft Power Platform applications, workflows, reporting solutions, environment controls, connectors, and releases.
- Integrate applications with databases, Web APIs, SQL, gateway tools, and third-party services.
- Manage Power Platform roles and permissions in alignment with IAM, governance, and DLP security policies.
- Build Power Automate workflows, business rules, Power BI dashboards, and user-friendly Power Apps interfaces.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, including structures, permissions, libraries, and pages.
- Integrate Power Platform application lifecycle management into CI/CD and automated verification where possible.
- Lead technical discussions and collaborate with architects, risk partners, business stakeholders, leadership, quality assurance, operations, and infrastructure engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical or scientific field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience with services and integration technologies.
- Experience with application programming languages, frameworks, database management, and security principles.
- Experience designing and building Microsoft Power Platform applications, workflows, reporting solutions, integrations, and environment controls.
- Knowledge of IAM, governance, DLP security policies, Dataverse data models, Web APIs, SQL, gateway tools, and Power Platform ALM.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, risk management, decision-making, process management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Security certifications or secure software experience, such as Cybersecurity, SANS, or ISC2, are valued.
- AI knowledge and experience designing or integrating AI-driven features such as agents, bots, and data solutions is preferred.
