Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of full-stack AI solutions from discovery through production.
- Architect and ship RAG systems and LLM-based workflows, including retrieval quality, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, translate business problems into solutions, and drive adoption.
- Design scalable and secure AWS deployments using ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Set engineering standards, review code, mentor junior forward deployed engineers, and provide field insights for the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack delivery.
- Expertise in Python and Django and strong React skills, with TypeScript preferred.
- Deep AWS experience.
- Production experience with LLM applications, RAG, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Proven customer-facing delivery and stakeholder management experience.
- Strong system design, API, SQL, and data modeling skills.
- Preferred experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex, fine-tuning, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform or CDK, and team leadership.
