Responsibilities
- Support cybersecurity and technology initiatives for integrating newly acquired companies into Mastercard.
- Assess security risks and emerging technologies and contribute to integration roadmaps.
- Apply knowledge of security operations, network security, risk management, and related cybersecurity concepts.
- Manage multiple priorities, communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, and collaborate with team members.
- Follow Mastercard security policies, protect information confidentiality and integrity, report suspected security violations, and complete required security training.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Cybersecurity with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity through coursework, projects, research, or extracurricular activities.
- Experience completing projects involving cybersecurity concepts, risk management, security operations, network security, or related technical topics.
- Progress toward or interest in obtaining industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications.
- Strong project management, organizational, leadership, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, methodologies, emerging AI technologies, and their applications.
