Responsibilities
- Design and maintain manual test plans for product features and workflows.
- Identify edge cases and boundary values, translating them into detailed test cases.
- Perform functional and regression testing for tickets, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of critical components during release cycles.
- Manually verify failed cases from automation test runs and document defects.
- Contribute to release sign-off decisions based on quality assessments.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and automation QA teams to streamline release cycles.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of QA/software testing experience, ideally on web-based products.
- Strong command of test case design, regression testing, and release validation.
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
- Critical thinking and curiosity about identifying edge cases.
- Sharp attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Clear written communication skills for effective bug reporting and documentation.
