Responsibilities
- Build new user experiences and customer-critical product features
- Design and conceive new product experiences and interfaces
- Improve product usability and resolve technical issues
- Create visual and interactive content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with React
- Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications
- Collaborate with backend developers, software engineers, product, design, customer success, support, and sales
- Work directly with the co-founders with substantial autonomy and impact
- Ship new features weekly
Requirements
- Experience designing and maintaining complex, large, or growing user interfaces
- Ability to collaborate closely with designers and suggest improvements to new features
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality
- Commitment to reusable components and consistent design language
- Use of software engineering best practices and testing
