$210k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of AI and ML powered features.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust evaluation frameworks for ML systems.
- Develop novel product experiences leveraging unique datasets.
- Own end-to-end development of ML and AI product features.
- Provide technical mentorship to team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Hands-on experience integrating ML and AI methods into production workflows.
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and common ML frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in developing scaled ML products.
- Understanding of software engineering and computer science fundamentals.
- Ability to identify technical opportunities and communicate effectively.
