Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain digital software capabilities that improve patient, consumer, and employee experiences.
- Develop solutions across the software stack, including applications, data systems, and cloud-based platforms.
- Work with data, SQL, data modeling, and data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions through analysis, debugging, and problem solving.
- Collaborate with technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and clients to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage priorities and deliver software in a fast-paced environment with limited specification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
- At least 1 year of professional software development experience is required.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages, such as Python, Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience with data, including SQL, data modeling, and building or maintaining data pipelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and create technical partnerships with stakeholders and clients.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or similar cloud computing platforms is preferred.
- Experience working in DevOps or on open-source projects is a significant plus.
