Responsibilities
- Maintain the Data Product Controller for automated management of data products.
- Manage the Data and AI Platform orchestrator (Dagster) for decentralized data product orchestration.
- Monitor the data platform for performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Provide observability components for developer teams and data product consumers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor platform costs and identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience as a DataOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data engineering and infrastructure tools like Kubernetes and ArgoCD.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably GCP.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
