Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to validate system products and services against client and end-user requirements.
- Test software changes across the system, interfaced applications, support applications, and standard workstation image, including all testing tiers and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze financial application issues, document defects, and recommend remediation options for client approval.
- Coordinate testing with functional, architect, help desk, and program leads according to release schedules and requirements.
- Maintain test documentation, scripts, and results for repeatable testing and audit needs.
- Support upgrade and patch cycles by validating system outputs, data transfers, and release activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- At least six years of testing and evaluation experience.
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test procedures for enterprise applications.
- Experience documenting defects and recommending remediation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust suitability clearance and pass a federal background investigation.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required; visa sponsorship is not available.
