Base Salary
$70k - $105k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand the BizFlow M platform and apply its capabilities to customer business challenges.
- Capture, document, and model business and functional requirements with clients and partners.
- Translate requirements into proof-of-concepts, user stories, and functional specifications within BizFlow M.
- Present documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to customers and partners, including C-suite executives.
- Develop and deliver BizFlow M training content, including lecture plans, exercises, and demonstrations.
- Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to review requirements and technical designs.
- Explain technical complexities and design decisions to project stakeholders.
- Assist with test plans to validate that solutions meet customer requirements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3 years of business analysis experience.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and dynamic environment.
- Preferred: proficiency with relational databases and SQL.
- Preferred: experience demonstrating software to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Preferred: knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and related concepts.
- Preferred: experience with low-code/no-code application platforms, LCAP, or workflow solutions.
- Preferred: ability to develop and demonstrate medium- to complex-level user interfaces and workflows using LCAP or other workflow solutions.
- Preferred: familiarity with requirements management, defect tracking tools such as Jira, and modeling software such as Visio.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
