Responsibilities
- Build, test, and deploy multi-agent architectures and stateful graph workflows using LangGraph, Google ADK, internal agentic platforms, or UiPath.
- Implement short-term and long-term memory systems, vector database integrations, and checkpointing for asynchronous agent tasks.
- Optimize agent latency, context-window usage, token consumption, and model orchestration strategies.
- Integrate LLM agents with internal APIs, databases, microservices, and third-party SaaS platforms through secure function calling.
- Partner with infrastructure, product, business, DevOps, and automation teams to containerize, deploy, and scale agents in the cloud.
- Integrate agentic decision-making with UiPath RPA workflows.
- Implement security, compliance, data governance, audit logging, human-in-the-loop overrides, and operational guardrails.
- Write clean, modular Python or TypeScript code, conduct code reviews, and communicate technical concepts and architectural risks to business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building production-grade AI/ML applications, including substantial recent experience with LLM orchestration and autonomous agent patterns.
- Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, asynchronous programming, API design, and microservices architecture.
- Production experience building custom agentic runtime loops or using graph-based orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or Google Agent Development Kits.
- Practical experience with advanced RAG pipelines, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Expertise in JSON schema design and structured decoding for LLM tool calling.
- Ability to break ambiguous, multi-step human tasks into structured prompts and programmatic agent loops.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in secure or regulated industries, live agentic or generative AI deployments, and UiPath or traditional RPA integration.
- Preferred qualifications also include proactive learning, self-motivation, and experience driving organizational AI adoption.
