Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design test strategies and test cases for Salesforce solutions.
- Validate platform changes and identify defects before production release.
- Build or maintain automated Salesforce test scripts, frameworks, and reusable test utilities.
- Test integrations, asynchronous processing, data migrations, and complex business processes.
- Contribute hands-on to Salesforce declarative configuration and development.
- Perform deployment validation and release-readiness assessments.
- Work with a build-focused engineering counterpart and contribute to platform improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience testing and validating Salesforce solutions, including test planning, test case design, and defect management.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative development using Salesforce Flow.
- Experience with Salesforce automated testing tools or frameworks such as Apex test classes, Playwright, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.
- Experience validating integrations, asynchronous processing, data migrations, and complex business processes.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub or Salesforce DX.
- Knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components sufficient to read, debug, and validate code changes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development lifecycle practices.
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of software engineering or QA experience in lieu of a degree.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Preferred experience includes Sales Cloud and Agentforce implementations, CI/CD pipelines, deployment validation, and reusable Salesforce testing utilities.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer Certification is preferred.
