Responsibilities
- Lead engineering efforts across release systems, developer tooling, and the Anduril Software Factory.
- Optimize release pipelines and development workflows across the engineering ecosystem.
- Architect AI-powered automation solutions that improve developer productivity while maintaining quality and security.
- Design and implement scalable data infrastructure for instrumentation across diverse business lines.
- Partner with Heads of Mission Engineering to define and track strategic engineering KPIs.
- Develop Golang integrations with Anduril services and improve the dx developer tool.
- Create, analyze, and visualize complex datasets in Palantir’s Foundry product.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including platform engineering and deep knowledge of development workflows.
- Experience with developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and maintaining complex software systems.
- Strong Golang experience for service integrations and developer tooling.
- Strong Python experience for creating, analyzing, and visualizing complex datasets in Palantir’s Foundry product.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly across multiple technical domains.
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial approach with strong independent problem-solving and solution-development skills.
- U.S. Person status due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
- Exceptional systems thinking, attention to detail, communication, and project management skills preferred.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React for lightweight UI development preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments preferred.
