Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and expand automated test suites using Python, Selenium, Appium, and FlaUI WebDriver.
- Run and triage end-to-end and regression tests across Windows, macOS, and Linux, investigating failures and fixing flaky tests.
- Manage test infrastructure using Vagrant- and Packer-managed virtual machines and Docker-based test agents.
- Contribute to automated build and test pipelines in Atlassian Bamboo, Bitbucket, and GitHub Actions.
- Write API and integration tests and participate in manual test planning for new features.
- Collaborate with desktop application developers to identify edge cases and improve testability early in development.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in software testing or QA engineering.
- Proficiency in Python for automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Appium for UI test automation.
- Familiarity with automated build and test pipelines and CI/CD concepts.
- Basic PowerShell and/or Bash scripting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to write maintainable test code.
- Experience with FlaUI WebDriver or other Windows desktop UI automation frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with Go, API or integration testing, Docker, Vagrant, Packer, performance testing, or security testing is preferred.
