Responsibilities

Monitor and triage issues related to data pipelines for RWE business.
Support the data delivery lifecycle in the TRE, managing data ingestion pipelines.
Develop expertise in TRE and internal tools to provide high-quality user support.
Participate in incident management to restore service during production issues.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve application issues.
Use SQL and data processing tools to analyze feature usage and implement corrections.
Contribute to playbooks for continuous documentation improvement.
Analyze data to measure the impact of product defects.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Fluency in written and spoken English with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
Ability to develop hypotheses and solve complex problems with limited information.
Experience managing stakeholder communication and driving issue resolution.
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, Docker, AWS (S3 and IAM), and log tracing.
Comfortable navigating organizational complexity and involving relevant SMEs for issue resolution.
