Responsibilities
- Build edge applications that process vision data and communication layers for compute-constrained edge devices.
- Deploy machine learning models to production.
- Optimize the platform runtime for maximum performance, including C++ pipelines with GPU processing.
- Build observability and telemetry for the edge-computing platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.
- 3–8 years of experience with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong C++ programming skills and a strong understanding of Linux.
- Knowledge of another development language, including Java, Python, or Shell scripting, is a plus.
- Experience with edge/IoT computing, infrastructure management using Salt, monitoring with Grafana, video processing and streaming with GStreamer, or interfacing with ML models using PyTorch is beneficial.
