Responsibilities
- Engage with customer developers and engineers to understand application, data, and AI priorities and build secure AI and agentic solutions.
- Design and deliver architecture engagements, proofs of concept, minimum viable products, and deployments using Microsoft AI, cloud, developer, and data platforms.
- Automate and deliver repeatable processes and intellectual property that accelerate customer outcomes and AI adoption.
- Share customer insights with account teams, remove adoption blockers, and contribute to technical communities and reusable intellectual property.
- Maintain technical expertise in AI, Azure, GitHub, security solutions, and related technologies while participating in onboarding, training, and continuous development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree plus at least 1 year of relevant AI, cloud, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, architecture, or consulting experience; alternatively, a master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical certification in cloud technologies, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies.
- Fluent German, French, or Spanish, with confident reading, writing, and speaking of English.
- Strong written and verbal communication, ability to follow structured processes, willingness to work onsite, and commitment to an inclusive, customer-focused team culture.
