Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and executive stakeholders to define technology strategies and solve complex business challenges.
- Lead architecture and technical design for digital products, application modernization, systems integration, and intelligent software platforms.
- Design and deliver scalable, secure, maintainable full-stack and AI-enabled applications.
- Architect solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, intelligent agents, machine learning, and modern AI platforms.
- Lead teams through discovery, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Establish architectural standards, development practices, governance approaches, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor architects, engineers, and technical leads while promoting engineering excellence and continuous learning.
- Develop reusable accelerators, reference architectures, frameworks, delivery methodologies, and thought leadership.
- Support business development, proposals, Statements of Work, go-to-market offerings, and new service development.
- Travel for client engagements as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, technology delivery, consulting, or related technical leadership roles.
- Deep experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale software applications, digital products, and technology initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as C#, Java, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience with React, Angular, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
- Deep experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform and strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and modern engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise AI-enabled software solutions using Generative AI platforms and services.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, intelligent agent architectures, AI governance, security, and responsible AI.
- Experience with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, or GitHub Copilot.
- Proven ability to advise executive and senior technology stakeholders, lead teams, deliver complex initiatives, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Preferred experience leading AI transformation, modernization, digital product, customer-facing AI, intelligent assistant, or agent-based initiatives.
- Preferred familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, AI governance and operating models, and relevant technical certifications.
- Consulting experience with Fortune 1000, enterprise, or upper middle-market organizations is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building, executive presence, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
