Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operation, support, reliability, monitoring, and incident escalation for the Saviynt IAM platform.
  • Troubleshoot provisioning, deprovisioning, reconciliation, identity lifecycle, and access issues across enterprise integrations.
  • Design, build, enhance, test, deploy, and upgrade Saviynt connectors, workflows, rules, policies, analytics, and certifications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using SOAP services, JDBC connections, and other enterprise integration methods.
  • Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes, access requests, approvals, entitlement management, RBAC/ABAC, access certifications, SoD controls, and governance remediation.
  • Automate manual processes and improve platform observability, reporting, dashboards, testing, deployment, scalability, and operational maturity.
  • Create runbooks, support documentation, knowledge articles, operational metrics, and corrective actions based on root cause analysis.
  • Lead IAM technical engagements, design discussions, peer reviews, engineering standards, reusable implementation patterns, and technical mentoring.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security operations, cloud, application, and business teams on identity solutions, security incidents, roadmap planning, and new IAM capabilities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, Platform Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience delivering Identity Governance and Administration capabilities.
  • Experience administering and supporting enterprise IAM platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, EmpowerID, or similar technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex production environments.
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, access provisioning and deprovisioning, governance processes, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience developing or supporting integrations using SOAP services, JDBC connections, or similar technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and enterprise authentication and authorization concepts.
  • Experience with JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, Java, or similar scripting and development technologies.
  • Experience with change control, peer review, production support, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Preferred experience includes Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Oracle ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP, access certifications, role engineering, entitlement management, SoD controls, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, MFA, SSO, and PAM platforms.
  • Preferred qualifications include automation and observability experience, cloud and hybrid identity familiarity, CISSP, CISM, Security+, SSCP, related security credentials, Saviynt certifications, or formal Saviynt implementation experience.
