Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute Selenium-based automated test scripts.
- Integrate Selenium with testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize automated test suites, including cross-browser and performance testing.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage and collaborate with teams, and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Selenium.
- Proficiency in Selenium and experience designing and executing automated test scripts.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to integrate Selenium with testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, optimizing automated test suites, cross-browser testing, and performance testing.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
