Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core security products like Remote Access Management and Secrets Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed secure design practices.
- Lead the technical direction and roadmap for assigned areas.
- Ensure high operational excellence to minimize downtime.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to events with urgency.
- Manage the lifecycle of security product feature requests.
- Drive improvements to engineering standards and productivity.
- Mentor and coach early career engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer in information security or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven track record of improving a company’s infrastructure security posture.
- Broad technical experience across various infrastructure and security areas.
- Skilled in distributed systems and platforms development using languages like Java, Scala, Kotlin, Golang, or Python.
- Strong experience with infrastructure as code tooling like Terraform.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure management in AWS.
- Ability to solve complex systemic issues creatively.
- Exceptional analytical and investigative skills with hands-on experience in root cause analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
