Responsibilities
- Perform technical onboarding for customers to accelerate their adoption of the Sumo Logic platform.
- Deliver training and enablement on solutions, guiding customers towards best practices.
- Provide data collection design and configuration guidance to ensure all required telemetry is captured.
- Develop custom searches, dashboards, and monitors based on customer use cases.
- Write custom parsers and SIEM rules per customer specifications.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and represent their voice within Sumo Logic.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Familiarity with log analytics, security intelligence, and observability platforms like Sumo Logic, Splunk, and Datadog.
- Experience with monitoring and configuration of AWS, GCP, or Azure services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, about 10% of the time.
