Responsibilities
- Implement AI solutions through people, processes, and technology.
- Facilitate customer education and ideation workshops for AI/ML use cases and implementations.
- Consult with stakeholders to identify AI integration opportunities and tailor AI strategies to business objectives.
- Define project requirements, design solution architectures, and align technical solutions with business goals.
- Lead the full AI project lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Use Microsoft Azure AI services and OpenAI technologies to deliver production AI solutions.
- Coordinate technical and non-technical teams to integrate AI solutions into customer business processes.
- Stay current with AI and generative AI advances and advise teams on applying emerging techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
- Client-facing experience translating complex requirements into actionable AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience with Azure and Python.
- At least 3 years of experience with relational and nonrelational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and MongoDB.
- At least 2 years of experience designing and delivering Azure AI solutions in production, including NLP, RAG, Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, prompt flow, and Copilot Studio.
- Production experience with the Azure AI platform and enterprise solution implementation.
- Experience with open-source models, fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, responsible AI practices, and organizational model management.
- Preferred experience with C#/.NET, full software development lifecycle practices, cloud software services, Azure scalability and reliability design, technical go-to-market support, and AI research presentations.
- Preferred experience with DevOps tools and processes including Azure DevOps, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
