Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, environments, and release and rollback procedures.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls covering secrets, identity, and access.
- Set up automated test frameworks, AI evaluation frameworks, and quality gates.
- Run logging, monitoring, and observability and support incident response.
- Define and roll out engineering standards for AI-assisted development.
- Work hands-on within client product teams, backlogs, and repositories in collaboration with Product, Architecture, Integration, Data, and Cyber teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in DevOps, platform, or SRE engineering.
- Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and observability in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platform operations and security controls.
- Fluent English at C1 level.
- Preferred experience with Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Azure Container Registry, Redis, PostgreSQL, LLM evaluation, and guardrails.
