Responsibilities
- Lead mobile development and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and developer support.
- Define mobile development best practices, code review standards, test strategies, and CI/CD processes.
- Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Integrate mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
- Coordinate with globally distributed developers, QA engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the full development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of mobile development experience focused on iOS and Android platforms.
- Proven experience delivering commercial mobile applications from concept through launch.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency with Swift, Kotlin, Go, and React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
