Responsibilities

  • Design, script, and build industry-specific demos showcasing customer journeys.
  • Maintain a reusable, scalable demo asset library for rapid customization.
  • Continuously enhance demo environments with new features and integrations.
  • Partner with Solution Consultants to translate customer challenges into demo narratives.
  • Conduct light discovery to align demonstrations with customer personas and KPIs.
  • Illustrate clear outcomes and ROI through tailored demo scenarios.
  • Build demo scenarios involving various CX technologies and platforms.
  • Set up and maintain integrations for demo environments.
  • Support POCs requiring deeper technical demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare demo strategies for deals.
  • Provide packaged demos and reusable vertical content for field teams.
  • Assist with RFI/RFP technical inputs related to demos.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on demo best practices and customer use cases.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and demo documentation.
  • Stay current with product releases and incorporate updates into demos.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting.
  • Background in contact center solutions or cloud CX platforms preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CCaaS technologies and cloud architectures.
  • Ability to configure integrations and troubleshoot environment issues.
  • Familiarity with CXone, Agentic AI, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Outstanding presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong narrative design skills for crafting compelling demo stories.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer business models.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with short turnaround times.
