Responsibilities
- Contribute to AI and LLM-based system architecture and implement agentic AI components for workflow automation and task execution.
- Build and extend RAG-based solutions, prompt workflows, system integrations, and batch or real-time inference pipelines.
- Develop prototypes and proofs of concept using modern AI frameworks and libraries, then test and iterate on workflows, prompts, and retrieval strategies.
- Support deployment of AI platform components to development and production environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance, and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, architects, product team members, and stakeholders while documenting and presenting technical work.
- Support junior team members, contribute to technical discussions and proposals, and grow toward broader architectural responsibilities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI-enabled system development.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, information systems, system controls and engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based components into business solutions.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, or Lovable.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks and libraries.
- Working knowledge of RAG, MCP, prompt orchestration, vector databases, and agent-based solution components.
- Basic understanding of API integration, enterprise system connectivity, and deploying AI solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- GenAI fluency, including proven use of tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and response validation.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, quality, and usability skills, with willingness to work in ambiguous consulting environments.
- Business-fluent written and spoken English and willingness to travel to work with clients and BCG teams as needed.
