Responsibilities
- Lead AI-enabled SaaS implementation and deployment at customer sites.
- Conduct business analysis to identify business challenges, pain points, and strategic goals.
- Configure and customize products and integrate AI features according to customer requirements.
- Design and implement agent integrations with customers’ existing agents.
- Develop AI-driven automation workflows using LLM, RAG, and AI agent technologies.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development or technical implementation experience.
- Proven experience developing native enterprise AI projects at leading technology firms.
- Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with LLM application development, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
- Familiarity with API integration, RESTful APIs, and system integration patterns.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work at customer sites.
- Life sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
- SaaS product implementation and customer delivery experience is preferred.
- Experience with low-code/no-code enterprise AI platforms is preferred.
- AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud experience is preferred.
