Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Experiment with novel computer vision models on commercial and government GEOINT data.
- Design, develop, and deploy computer vision pipeline components, including image preprocessing, inference engines, and data stores.
- Explore applications of synthetic data and generative AI data to GEOINT workflows.
- Transform varied data types to support AI/ML workflow phases.
- Apply recent computer vision advances from industry and academia to customer mission problems.
- Brief internal teams on delivery progress, evaluation results, and project challenges.
- Work with geographically distributed teams and travel occasionally to government sites for customer meetings and demonstrations.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance, with willingness to obtain a CI polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, Image Science, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience developing, testing, and deploying computer vision models.
- Experience with deep learning algorithms for computer vision, including YOLO, SSD, and DetectNet.
- Proficiency with Python's data science stack, including NumPy, pandas, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn.
- Proficiency with Python geospatial libraries such as GDAL, GeoPandas, and Shapely.
- Experience with containerization platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Cloud Foundry.
- Competence with Linux environments.
- Strong communication, technical writing, presentation, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, experience with image generation models and platforms, synthetic training data generation, cloud platforms, AI/ML platforms, remote sensing, GEOINT datasets, and government collection platforms.
