Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of high-performance, scalable applications using .NET Core and C#.
- Design and implement maintainable front-end and back-end software systems.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software development best practices.
- Design and implement AI-enabled features and services, including agentic workflows, automation, search, and chat assistants.
- Integrate AI/ML services and models into secure, scalable backend APIs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor and guide software engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of software development experience with strong experience in .NET Core, C#, Web API, MS SQL, React, LLMs, and Elasticsearch.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server and MongoDB, and ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework.
- Experience with AI-based productivity tools for code conversion or refactoring, test generation with coverage thresholds, defect clustering, changelog summarization, and architectural blueprints.
- Experience delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions in product-based companies.
- Experience with Elasticsearch data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Jira.
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
