Base Salary

$220k - $292k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement trusted safe navigation and collision avoidance systems.
Develop scalable sub-systems including sensor processing and motion planning.
Contribute to the design of reusable software components across product lines.
Utilize advanced techniques in computer vision and machine learning.
Conduct testing and validation of algorithms through simulation and real-world data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective system integration.
Travel to co-locate with end-users and other teams up to 20% of the time.

Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proficient in C++ and/or Python software development.
Familiarity with autonomous vehicle hardware and sensors.
Knowledge of computer vision, sensor fusion, SLAM, motion planning, or machine learning.
Experience in a senior perception or planning role for robotic systems.
Ability to act as a technical owner for a system, including stakeholder engagement.
Capacity to mentor junior team members and build team cohesion.
Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information.
