Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and deploy tools and systems to accelerate engineering velocity.
Work closely with teams to understand their workflows and create solutions to address their needs.
Guide service engineering teams on best practices for software development and delivery.
Leverage AI technologies to enhance engineering productivity.
Build AI solutions tailored to Netskope's requirements.
Participate in on-call rotation to respond to critical incidents.

8+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in building infrastructure tooling for developers.
Empathy for the tools and processes that hinder engineering efficiency.
Desire to learn and share knowledge clearly with others.
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid changes in the work environment.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
BSCS or equivalent required; MSCS or equivalent preferred.
